Bhai Mati Das
Bhai Mati Das was also executed
before the eyes of Guru Teg Bahadur Ji. He was a man of
strong faith and determination. According to Sikh tradition
when his body was being sawed into two. Voice reciting Japuji
was emanating from the sawed out parts. His brother, Bhai
Sati Das was also burnt alive. He was wrapped up in cotton
wool and set on fire. Both these brothers were great grandsons
of Bhai Paraga Ji.
